Quality of
Lists
Industrial Research Services continually strives to provide the freshest and most
accurate contact information. While nobody can guarantee 100% accuracy
because
of the dynamic nature of businesses, we come as close as possible.
Accuracy of
List Counts
Our database is continually updated. We advise calling one of our list
consultants to check current list counts before ordering.
Re-Use of Lists
Lists are available for one-time use or unlimited annual use and are priced
accordingly. Lists are seeded to protect against unauthorized re-use.
Any unauthorized use of lists will subject
the buyer to all consequential, compensatory and punitive damages, including reasonable
legal fees incurred by Industrial Research Services.
Minimum Order
and Delivery Options
The minimum order is 2000 records. We make our lists available in data file
format only. This allows for fast electronic transfer and simple integration with
existing databases. (Sorry, no mailing labels available.)
Delivery Time
Normal turnaround time is 1 to 2 business days. 24-hour turnaround time is
available. Please inquire.
Limits of
Liability
Industrial Research Services shall not be liable for any damages or loss sustained
by the buyer through the sale of our lists.
Further, Industrial Research Services shall
not be liable for any special or consequential damages, and in no event shall Industrial
Research Services' liability exceed the cost of the list.
Cancellations
If your order is canceled after it has been processed, the processing charge will
be $50.00.
Adjustments
No adjustments can be made unless we are notified of any discrepancies
between the
list as delivered and your order within 10 days of receipt. All efforts will be
made to accommodate
reasonable requests.
Payment
We request that payment accompany initial orders from new clients. Payment
terms for existing clients are Net 30 Days from date of invoice. Industrial
Research Services accepts Visa and MasterCard. |
